Yin Yoga to help aid a deeper release and calm in the body, which will prepare the mind for the TM practice.

An afternoon starting with a deep relaxation, followed with a delicious, Yin Yoga practice to allow connective tissue to deeply release around the lower back hips and knees, to prepare the body for the pracitce of TM (Transcendental Mediation).

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi first introduced the TM technique to the west via the Beatles and it is said to be THE most popular meditation technique to date. Practiced by millions, due to it’s simplicity – it just works!
There will be free Pukka teas and healthy Yogi biscuits availble to dive into at the end.

Avoid eating heavy foods before the workshop. Mala beads are not essential to practice the TM technique – but do feel free to bring with, if you have them.
