Online Schedule / Payment / Instructions

All of the classes will be transmitted live.  If you choose to pay for either of the ‘unlimited’ options, I will forward you the recording of the class, which will be active for 7 days.  This is to encourage a regular Sadhana (practice), which I know will support and anchor you during this opportunity to go slower. No one will be filmed on their side.  The only screen in the recording will be myself for the class.  This access will be specifically important for those opting to attend the meditation classes, which we will be working through in stages.

PRE-REGISTER YOUR SPACE BY CLICKING ON THE CLASSES BELOW AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE CLASS, TO GIVE ME TIME TO SEND YOU YOUR LINK SO YOU CAN JOIN ME VIA THE ZOOM APP.  ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, I WILL SEND YOU YOUR LINK TO THE CLASS.

IF YOU DON’T GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER REGISTERING PLEASE LET ME KNOW OR CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.

How does it work?

  1. Please see the online timetable and class info above. To purchase your class or pass book via the Pay Pal link paypal.me/humancompass
  2. Once payment has been received, Bonnie will send you an email with a link to join the Zoom class. Ensure both of the following email addresses are saved to your contacts – info@humancompass.co.uk / bonnie@humancompass.co.uk  Or check your junk mail.
  3. Please ensure your phone and other devices/background noise is turned off and kindly ask members of your household to not disturb you during your class.
  4. Please click the link and it will direct you Zoom. You do not have to join as a member, but may need to download (it will prompt you to do so and takes just a minute, no need to do this in advance).
  5. If you are using a mobile phone or iPad it will take you straight into the class.  If you are using a laptop you will need to download the app and then click on the ‘open zoom.us’ when the screen launches.  The basic Zoom app is free of charge and sufficient for you to participate in my online classes.
  6. Please ensure your camera and sound is on and your device is fully charged or plugged in.
  7. I will open the class 15 mins before we start to give you time to ensure you are checked in and fully functioning.
  8. Remember everyone will be able to see you! I highly recommend you have your video settings on so we can all connect as much as possible and feel like we’re together as a group.  If you prefer not to be seen, you can leave your video off.
  9. We will say a quick Hi and check mat positioning so I can clearly see you and you can see and hear me.
  10. We will then get started!

What do you need at home for online classes?

  • You will need a laptop, mobile phone or iPad with a functioning camera and sound.
  • Yoga mat and props are good to have, but if not you can always improvise with a blanket for under knees/padding, cushions or books for blocks and scarf for a belt.
  • For Yin/Restorative, a bolster, or a chunky and level sofa cushion or perhaps 2 pillows tied together.
  • Enough space to lie on the floor (roughly the size of a Yoga mat).
  • A blanket to keep you warm for savasana
