The Summer inversion classes we continued with have been so much fun. Watching everyone become stronger, trusting and growing with confidence each week has been a joy to be part of. Finishing the asana (posture) part of the class with either Sarvangasana the Shoulderstand, Ardha Sirsasana the Half Headstand and even some Adho Mukha Vrksasana the Handstand!! Great, great fun!
So it’s September and as we know for so many of us it’s back to school for either ourselves and lots of other little ones – a great time to claim back our own time too. Here is our schedule for the new term:
Starting from week commencing 12th September there will be the following classes:
Tuesday’s – Yin Yoga – 6-7.30pm **New Class**
Wednesday’s – Hatha Yoga, 6-7.30pm **WAIT LIST**
Thursday’s – Mindful Gentle Hatha 9.20-10.50am
All classes are located at Sandy Hill Physio, St Austell, Cornwall
The September classes are filling up really quickly. We have a new term starting next week. Wednesday Hatha class is now full so running a wait list. And the NEW Yin Yoga class has only 2 spaces remaining and a few left for the Thursday morning…
